Riverwalk was developed in 1995, opening a quiet and tranquil alternative on Lookout Shoals Lake, to the rapidly growing communities downstream.

As our community continues to grow and change, we need your help in keeping HOA member contact information up to date.
Please be on the look out for an email that was sent today asking for you to complete a survey from Toni Lehr, on behalf of the BOD. The subject line will be: Riverwalk HOA Member Survey. This survey will help us update member information, and give some insight to the changing demographics of our neighborhood, what needs we may have going forward, and ensure that good communication is taking place within our community.
Please know, this survey is NOT SPAM, and we greatly appreciate you taking five minutes to complete it. If you have not received an email by Monday, September 18, that means that most likely we do not have your correct email or the survey went into a junk folder.
If you have not received your email by September 18, it would be EXTREMELY helpful for you to email the board of directors at bod@lookoutriverwalk.com and provide your name, email, and address. We can then send you the survey.
