Welcome to Lookout Riverwalk, a peaceful lakeside community nestled along the shores of beautiful Lookout Shoals Lake. Established in 1995, Riverwalk was thoughtfully developed to offer homeowners a serene alternative to the increasing congestion and rapid growth surrounding nearby Lake Norman and neighboring communities.

Today, Lookout Riverwalk consists of 269 homesites, with approximately 150–160 homes completed, creating a spacious and inviting environment where residents can enjoy the natural beauty of the lake, abundant wildlife, and a strong sense of community.

Our goal is to preserve the character, beauty, and safety of the neighborhood while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both current and future homeowners. Property owners enjoy access to a variety of community amenities, including our private beach area and covered pavilion, which serves as the gathering place for community events and social activities throughout the year. Adjacent to the beach is a convenient boat launch and marina, providing temporary overnight boat docking and trailer parking. For homeowners who enjoy spending time on the water, the community also offers a dedicated boat and trailer storage area with more than 70 spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
