Election Committee Update

Riverwalk Community,
As you probably are aware we have an Annual Election coming up on October 24th. Election ballots (one per eligible voting lot) were sent to all property owners. Unfortunately, it appears that some residents have not received theirs. Please reach out to the board at bod@lookoutriverwalk.com if you have not received them, so we can resend you the ballots.
Ballots should be mailed to PO Box 101, Stony Point, NC 28678 NOT the Gardner Point address. Ballots need to be received by October 20, 2023 for official count.

Hello Riverwalk Property Owners:
It is that time of year for us to elect new board members for the Riverwalk HOA.
As you may be aware, serving on the board is a way to serve our community. The Board of Directors (BOD) and the related committees are made up of a group of volunteers who give their time, talents, and energy to help Riverwalk be the best community possible. Thanks to the current and past boards and committee members for the many hours you give.
We recognize that everyone is busy. As residents, we need to share the burden of responsibility. Whether you believe the current board is doing a great job or not, they are doing their best to make Riverwalk all it can be. Things have changed in the past few years. We are no longer a hidden community. There are 15 new homes under construction currently. We have many new neighbors. Our collective needs are changing. The Riverwalk community needs your help!
In October, we will be electing 2 people to the board. The term for both positions is October 2023 – October 2025. SINCE THE ELECTION IS FAST UPON US, WE NEED TO KNOW ASAP IF YOU CAN BE A CANDIDATE.
